Bottisham Meadows offers a total of 50 new homes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom houses.
Bottisham is a delightful village to the east of Cambridge, located just north of the A14 and west of Newmarket. With a population of approximately 2,200, the village benefits from a post office, public houses, restaurants, medical centre, primary and college education facilities and other local services.
Bottisham is within a Designated Protected Area (DPA) and all the homes will be allocated/sold to residents with a local connection to the area, in conjunction with the nomination agreement and in liaison with East Cambridgeshire District Council.
The development has been designed to include several open spaces, including a small woodland, a landscape belt, a children's play area and a purpose-built allotment area for the use of the wider community.
It is anticipated that all homes will be completed by Winter 2024/25. The development is being built in partnership with Lindum Construction Limited and is part funded through the Affordable Homes Programme 2126 via Accent’s Strategic Partnership.
The development has been designed to include high standards of energy efficiency with all homes achieving an EPC rating of A.
