In partnership with Allison Homes, we’re delivering 57 affordable, high-quality homes in Wittering, near Stamford and Peterborough. The development includes 40 homes for rent and 17 for shared ownership. Work began in 2022, with 49 homes already completed and the remaining 8 set to be finished by autumn 2025.
There’ll be a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses which are perfect for couples and families, plus 12 one-bedroom homes for single people in search of affordable rent.
The shared ownership properties will give customers an affordable way of getting on the property ladder through a blend of renting and purchasing their new home.
Lawrence Road is in Wittering, a small village with a cafe, local shops and a primary school. It’s just off the A1 and nine miles from the city of Peterborough. It’s also just three miles from the quaint market town of Stamford which is known for its beautiful Georgian architecture.
All homes will have an EPC Rating of B.
