On Tuesday 9 July we celebrated the completion of 75 new affordable homes at Saxon Park in Biddenham, Bedfordshire.
Representatives from Accent were joined by those of Bedford Borough Council, Dandara Homes and Pick Everard.
Accent’s Director of Development, Steve Morris, enjoyed meeting Councillor Phillippa Martin Moran Bryant, and discussing the need for more housing in Bedford Borough.
The Accent team enjoy recognising milestones that contribute to our community, and these new homes represent a significant achievement in addressing the housing needs of our area. Managed in partnership with Dandara Homes, this project is a testament to collaborative efforts in providing much-needed housing solutions. The development comprises a diverse range of property types and sizes, including 51 homes available for affordable rent and 24 for shared ownership.
We are proud to note that these homes will play a vital role in meeting the housing demand outlined in Bedford Borough's housing strategy. Moreover, they offer local households an invaluable opportunity to step onto the property ladder, fostering a sense of stability and security within our community.
