Our Remuneration and Nominations Committee is made up of three members, who are selected from Accent Group businesses or independent committee members. 

The Remuneration and Nominations Committee:

  • oversee all board and committee member remuneration
  • oversee executive remuneration
  • manage all boards and committee nominations and succession planning
  • review the structure, size and composition of all Boards and Committees
  • approve, oversee and monitor the process for appraisals, training and development of all Board and Committee members
  • ensures good governance and compliance in related areas

Customer Experience Committee

Accent’s Customer Experience Committee looks at all aspects of service delivery across the organisation and monitors performance.
