You said: Residents complained about large trees blocking light, moss on footpaths and non-residents using the communal car park.
We did: We pruned back the large trees marking the boundary to the court to let in the light and treated the walkways for moss. We have also installed a salt bin for the colder months to prevent footpaths from becoming icy. We put up a 'residents parking only' sign to deter non-residents from using the communal car park. Residents have commented that the area is looking much tidier and brighter now. You can see for yourself here.
