We're delighted to share our Annual Report 2023/24 with you. 

If an email is your preferred method of engaging with us, and we have a valid email address for you, you should by now have received an email copy. Please let us know if you haven't. 

For our customers who don't have emails, or who prefer printed copies, your local teams have copies available for you. Please let us know if you would like a printed copy, or if you need the report providing in any other language or format, we will be happy to arrange that for you. 

Inside our report, you'll find information on how we perform against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, updates on the service improvements we're working on and news of some important changes. 

Some of these changes include the appointment of a new Director of Customer Relations and three new customer champions focused on key service areas we know are important to you.

We’re also looking for customers to join our regional customer panels, let us know if you're interested.

In September, you’ll be invited to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey. Your confidential responses will identify the areas where we need to focus on continued improvements.
