Between 6pm on Friday 8 November and 8am on Monday 11 November 2024, we will be carrying out some essential systems updates to make sure our services continue to run efficiently.
The systems affected are MyAccount and our online application system, Let’s Move.
Please be reassured that you can continue to report any emergency repairs via our out of hours service during the system outage and these will be attended as normal. Please wait until Monday to report any routine repairs.
We expect to be fully up and running again by 8am on Monday morning, and we will update you if these timings change. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may experience.
