Today marks the anniversary of construction commencing at Ripleyville, our exciting regeneration scheme in Bradford. Our team have been working hard with construction partners at ESH Group to build 73 new homes. The benefits to the community, culture and economy of this area will be significant, with a refreshed focus on family living that meets local housing need.

In the last year, there has been significant and extensive work around existing mineshafts, basements, piling and retaining walls. We’ve also been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the new homes are sector-leading in terms of sustainability, so watch this space for further details.
