We’d like to know more about our customers

We’re contacting customers to ask a few questions that will help us get to know more about you. The information you provide will help us to shape the services we deliver to customers in the future, and we’d really like your help.

This week we’re sending emails and text messages to customers who we have email addresses and mobile numbers for. In the emails and text messages will be a secure link to a form, with some questions we’d love you to answer.

Once you click on the secure link, you’ll notice that some of the questions are specific. This is intentional, and answering them will really help give us the information we need to shape our future services to customers.

Any information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential. We will only use the information for very specific purposes and you can read about how we use and store your personal information here.
Below is some further information about what we’re doing, why, and how.
