As a direct result of customer feedback, and in line with our desire to further collaborate with customers on our services, we have launched a brand new Customer Engagement Strategy.
On the 1st and 4th November we are introducing our new customer engagement strategy, and we want you to be part of it. We want to speak to as many of you as possible over these two days.
In November we held ‘The Big Conversation’, our annual customer engagement event. Over 250 members of #TeamAccent went all over the country, listening to customers' feedback, ideas and thoughts.
