When it comes to changing how we do things and making our services better, your feedback in’t just helpful – it’s invaluable.
That’s why we make it easy for you to tell us what you think, from chatting to your housing partner, contacting our Technical or Housing Hubs via our Contact us page, or by joining our Customer Voice group.
Your views are incredibly important to us, and vital to the successful delivery of our services. Together with your help, we’re making it feel good to be home.
What is the Customer Voice group?
Our Customer Voice group is a collection of Accent residents who’ve volunteered to be contacted for feedback and comments.
They’re invited to take part in surveys, polls, consultations and focus groups. This usually happens online, either by email or on a platform called Your Voice. Occasionally there are meetings that require travel, which we reimburse the costs of.
Everything our Customer Voice group tells us and every view and idea they share helps us better understand the needs and priorities of customers like you. We can use this information to help us review policies, check procedures, and ultimately, reshape our services to make them more effective.
How can I join your Customer Voice group?
If you’d like to join, great! We’re always on the lookout for new volunteers.
Before you apply, here are a few things you should know:
- you don’t need any experience in customer involvement to join
- you don’t have to take part in every survey or consultation
- as this is a voluntary role, we won’t pay you for your participation
- we will reimburse your travel expenses if you need to travel to any meetings
