Welcome to "In Touch," dedicated to keeping you in the loop with updates on maintenance schedules, important notices, scheme visits and much more. My aim is to enrich your experience and ensure you’re informed about what’s happening on your estate.

Planned maintenance works

The proposed replacement of windows and doors is progressing as planned. The formal tender stage will run for four weeks until 20th December. The next customer update is provisionally planned for mid to late January 2025. This will include an observation period, giving you the opportunity to provide your feedback.
