Social Tenant Access to Information scheme | Accent

The Social Tenant Access Information scheme gives all tenants in the UK the legal right to request more information on how their housing association manages their services. You can also ask others to support or represent you in holding us to account, including councillors, MPs, solicitors, advocates, or local journalists. You can also ask for information about our sub-contractors.

We’re committed to being as open, honest and transparent as possible with all our customers. This means we’ll consider your requests carefully, and will always be keen to share whatever information we can.

Browse our list of publicly available information below, and find out more about how you can request access. If the information you need isn’t listed, you can let us know by contacting us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How long will my request take?

We’ll always aim to respond to you within 30 days, and if we need more time, we’ll let you know, tell you why, and update you on how much longer it’ll take.

There may be times when we can’t fulfil your request, but we will also explain the reasons for this.

If you disagree with our decision, you have the right to contact the Housing Ombudsman and ask them to investigate.
